A 1 hour hypnosis for managing stress while floating in your silk or lying comfortably on your mat. Deb is a certified hypnotherapist and will guide you into a relaxed trance state. You will be given powerful suggestions to manage stressful moments. All participants will receive an essential oil roller ball (choice of 2 scents) which will be incorporated into suggestions. You will be deeply relaxed and completely refreshed after each session. One hour of complete, relaxed bliss.
