Service Description

Yes! Aerial Yoga is for every size and shape! This class is designed especially for women who are worried about trying aerial. We will get acquainted with the hammock and begin with fun activities and stretches. We will move on to more challenging activities as each person is ready. This is a 4 week series so that we are able to get to know each other as a group and feel comfortable with the same group attending class every week.
